Join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey as a Deckhand! We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to support daily vessel operations and create unforgettable experiences for both passengers and crew.

**What You'll Do:**

- Dive into action by assisting with docking, line handling, and securing our vessels for smooth sailings.

- Be an integral part of the team, supporting the captain and crew during thrilling departures and arrivals!

- Keep our deck and onboard areas sparkling clean and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone on board.

- Engage with passengers, helping them with boarding and providing essential safety instructions as they start their adventure.

- Perform essential maintenance tasks, including light repairs and equipment checks, keeping everything shipshape!

- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to ensure a secure environment for all.

- Get involved with loading and unloading gear & supplies—every day is a new challenge!

**What We’re Looking For:**

- Boating Experience helpful, but not required. 

- Flexible schedule to work days/nights/weekends/holidays

**Compensation:** 

Start your maritime journey with a competitive wage of $16 - $20/hour

Depending on experience.
