Position Summary 

We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician who finds purpose in serving residents with compassion, teamwork, and attention to detail. In this role, you’ll support residents’ daily health and comfort by safely administering medications and treatments as ordered, while also providing hands-on assistance and reassurance throughout the day. Med Techs are key members of our care team, working together to ensure call lights are answered promptly and residents feel supported, respected, and cared for. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, clear expectations, and meaningful work that directly improves the lives of others. 

Schedule Details 

• Shift: 1st Shift (6:45am-3:15pm & 6am-2:30pm)
• Full-time 
• Every other weekend required 
• Holiday rotation required 

What This Role Looks Like Day to Day 

• Dispense medications to residents in accordance with physician orders
• Assures proper documentation for resident care
• Assist in answering call lights and ADL support of the residents
• Timely charting in regards to resident cares

• Starting at $18/hour, with higher rates considered based on experience
