What You’ll Do:

• Assist members with billing questions and payment options
• Make outbound calls on past-due accounts
• Handle collections for membership financing
• Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, solutions-focused support

 What We’re Looking For:

•  Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable discussing billing and collections with professionalism
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in customer service, billing, or collections is a plus

• Must pass a criminal background check prior to employment.
