About the Role

US Neuro is building a structured sales team, and we’re hiring motivated, early-career professionals.

This is an entry-level sales role focused on building relationships with medical practices, introducing our services, and helping generate new business opportunities.

You’ll be part of a small, growing team and will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Identify and research potential healthcare clients
  • Conduct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn 
  • Schedule introductory meetings for senior team members 
  • Track activity and progress in our CRM (Monday.com) 
  • Support follow-ups and relationship-building with prospects 
  • Learn and communicate the value of US Neuro services in a clinical setting 
  • Collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns and messaging 

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently generating qualified meetings with providers 
  • Building a strong, organized pipeline of prospects 
  • Demonstrating growth in communication, confidence, and sales skills 
  • Contributing to overall pipeline and revenue growth 

Training & Development

  • 1-week in-person orientation training program 
  • Ongoing mentorship from leadership and experienced team members 
  • Exposure to healthcare sales, marketing strategy, and business development

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–2 years experience) 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently 
  • Interest in healthcare, sales, or business development 
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks 
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback 


Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or outreach tools
