Orgel Wealth Management is seeking a Client Service Associate who can provide exemplary customer service to our clients by anticipating their needs, being responsive to questions about their accounts, and assisting with routine account maintenance.

Summary
The Client Service Associate often serves as the first point of contact for clients who need assistance with routine transactions and maintaining their accounts. Orgel Wealth Management Client Service Associates are liaisons between clients and Relationship Managers, who provide clients with account information, research client questions, prepare correspondence, and review and maintain appropriate records. Successful candidates will work well under strict deadlines and provide exceptional customer service.
Position Summary
At Orgel Wealth Management, the Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional client experience. The CSA serves as a key point of contact for clients and supports advisors by ensuring that all operational and service-related tasks are executed with precision, urgency, and care.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Client Service & Experience - Deliver prompt, professional, and thoughtful service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Anticipate client needs and proactively address requests - Build trust by ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of care and attention - Assist clients with obtaining online access - Document all client interactions accurately and in a timely manner
Account & Operational Support - Assist with account opening and maintenance - Prepare necessary forms and assist clients with completion - Process client transactions accurately and efficiently - Communicate with custodian to research and resolve client account issues - Monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of all client requests - Maintain accurate and organized client records
Team & Advisor Support - Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communications - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery - Assist team members as needed, especially during high-volume periods - Conduct oneself at all times in accord with The Orgel Way and maintain the highest standards of client confidentiality and organizational discretion
Organization & Process Management - Track and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment - Follow established processes while identifying opportunities for improvement - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all work

Education and Experience Requirements
Required:
- High school diploma
- Minimum 3 years of office experience with emphasis on customer service
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree or post-high school education
- Experience in the financial industry with an understanding of the stock market, investments, and retirement plans
