Job Description: The final detail assembler is responsible for installing the last components of the boat. They also perform cleaning and wrapping while ensuring exceptional quality standards, prioritizing the protection of the delicate in-house manufactured interior, and adhering to safety protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Meticulously install interior components, such as hinges, shocks, upholstery, and SeaDek, in boats.
· Thoroughly clean and detail the inside and outside of each boat.
· Wipe the inside and outside of the boat with a rag.
· Wrap the boat in plastic using a heat gun to ensure proper protection.
· Utilize a variety of hand tools, including screwdrivers, power and air drills, buffers, sanders, wrenches, scissors, and a heat gun, to
perform tasks effectively and accurately.
· Utilize various cleaning agents such as All-Purpose Cleaner, mineral spirits, acetone, soap, and water to maintain cleanliness and
quality standards.
· Conduct a final check to ensure completion of all tasks.
· Inspect all parts to ensure they are complete and meet quality standards.
· Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
· Collaborate with a team to successfully complete daily tasks.
· Follow instructions provided by Manager/Supervisor/Lead.
· Comply with all OSHA and safety procedures.
· Fulfill any other duties assigned by management.

· Capability to enter and exit the interior of boats.
· Ability to wear required safety equipment, including safety glasses and a dust/mist respirator, to ensure personal safety and
protection
· Competence in using and maintaining small hand tools, such as grinders, scrapers, razor knives, and blowers.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
