Your role will be critical in preparing precise estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical projects, ensuring our operations are cost-effective and competitive.

Location -  Remote 

Compensation- $60k - $80k yearly

 Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Perform detailed take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to define project scopes and refine estimates.
• Source and negotiate pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Assess project risks and opportunities to ensure comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain and update cost databases for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Present estimates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator in HVAC, plumbing, or related mechanical trades.
• Design-build estimation experience.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Accubid.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Commitment to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to think critically and creatively.
