Digital Marketing Lead
Description

The Digital Marketing Lead will support the development of our in-house marketing team, manage day-to-day marketing activities, and drive digital initiatives, including the transition to a new Shopify-based website.

This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support website management, campaigns, and overall marketing efforts.

  

Essential Functions

  • Support Shopify site build and ongoing updates, including product content and structure
  • Manage website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Execute marketing initiatives across digital channels, including email, social media, and website updates
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple projects
  • Work with Sales, Engineering, and other internal teams to gather content and support marketing efforts 
  • Partner with external agencies and development teams to support execution and alignment
  • Support a range of marketing initiatives, including those focused on value-added solutions (VAS)
  • Track key performance metrics and support reporting efforts
  • Maintain organization across marketing materials, projects, and priorities

Requirements

  Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing, B2B, or technical product environments is preferred
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • Familiarity with product data, technical content, or complex product catalogs
  • Experience working with external agencies or development partners
  • Microsoft 365 CRM experience preferred

 Requirements

? 5+ years of hands-on experience executing digital marketing initiatives and managing website content

? Solid background managing website platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar CMS)

? Strong use of digital marketing tools, including email platforms, analytics, and CRM systems

? Organizational and project management skills with attention to detail

? Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

? Experience working across teams and with external partners

Salary Description
$65,000-$70,000
