Sr. Manager, Integrated Marketing
Description

The National Pork Board is seeking a Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of a unified marketing roadmap across the organization. This role ensures all marketing efforts are aligned, strategically connected, and driving measurable impact.


You’ll act as the central hub across consumer, multicultural, retail, foodservice, packer, and state marketing—connecting initiatives into cohesive plans that support key campaigns like Taste What Pork Can Do® and Explora Todo El Gusto Del Pork™.


Responsibilities

  • Lead an integrated marketing roadmap and centralized calendar 
  • Identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities across campaigns and channels 
  • Translate marketing activity into clear, strategic narratives 
  • Partner with leadership on planning, prioritization, and performance measurement 
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability 
Requirements
  • 5–10 years in integrated, brand, or marketing strategy roles (agency or in-house) 
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills 
  • Strategic thinker with strong project management abilities 
  • Experience connecting complex initiatives into cohesive marketing plans

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 25% domestic travel (air and ground) 
  • Valid driver’s license required 

National Pork Board’s home office is in Clive, Iowa. Preference will be given to candidates that can work a hybrid schedule (at least 3 days per week) in the Clive office, however remote candidates may be considered. Relocation assistance will be available.

Full-time starting salary range is $105K-$130K. Please note: This starting range is based on a general market pay assessment. However, individual salary decisions take into account a variety of factors including but not limited to: business and local market considerations, internal equity, and overall candidate skills, education and experience. 


The National Pork Board has responsibility for Checkoff-funded research, promotion and consumer information projects and for communicating with pork producers and the public. The Pork Checkoff funds national and state programs in advertising, consumer information, retail and foodservice marketing, export market promotion, production improvement, technology, swine health, pork safety and environmental management.
