What You’ll Do 

  • Be a Partner in Care: Work closely with families to understand their unique needs, helping them navigate treatment options and make informed decisions.
  • Provide Community-Based Support: Deliver hands-on, community-based services that empower children and families right where they live, learn, and grow.
  • Coordinate Treatment Teams: Act as a key liaison between Riverbend, schools, and outside agencies to ensure seamless communication and effective, cohesive care.
  • Develop & Implement Goals: Actively participate in developing personalized treatment goals that build on strengths and achieve lasting success.
  • Build Essential Skills: Work directly with children and families to develop vital symptom management skills and emotional regulation techniques.
  • Advocate & Connect: Promote the effective utilization of clinical resources and natural social supports to help families thrive independently.
Requirements

  

What We Are Looking For

  • A passion for working with children, youth, and their families.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff, community partners, and treatment teams.
  • A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Rehabilitation, or Human Services required.* 
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential. 
  • Enthusiasm about sports and/or other indoor/outdoor youth-related activities is preferred.
