Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design for both print and web, with an eye for detail and innovation. Experience with 3D software, multimedia video creation, and an understanding of the latest design trends is essential.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing high-impact designs that align with our brand identity. You will work closely with various departments to bring creative ideas to life across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging visuals for digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and email newsletters.
• Create high-quality print materials, including packaging, brochures, banners, and promotional items.
• Collaborate on web design projects to ensure an intuitive and attractive user experience.
• Utilize 3D software to create product mockups, visualizations, and interactive elements.
• Develop multimedia video content, including promotional videos, product demos, and social media content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand standards across all mediums.
• Stay updated on current design trends and techniques, incorporating them into projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with both print and web.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Proficient in Figma for UI/UX design, prototyping, and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience with 3D design software (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
• Strong understanding of multimedia design, including video production and editing.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work, as well as multimedia projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
• Photography and Image Editing

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
