Physical Therapist (PT) - Parker, SD

Blue Stone Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to pediatric clients in the school systems.

We are committed to delivering high-quality therapy services that support independence and long-term wellness. 

This is a unique position that could be 100% Pediatrics, or it can be a hybrid of Pediatrics and Geriatrics.

This position will serve multiple partner communities, including Marion and Montrose, with travel between locations as needed.

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP development

· Provide therapy services aligned with student goals and educational needs

· Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress

· Maintain documentation in accordance with school and regulatory requirements

· Participate in team meetings and student progress discussions

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure) in applicable state
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional standards
