Description


Peak Support is seeking HR Medical Support to support client hiring needs. As the first point of contact for customers, team members will thrive in a fast-paced, Medical/Healthcare environment where accuracy, clear communication, and attention to detail are critical.


This is a high-volume role that requires strong empathy, adherence to processes, and a high level of operational awareness.


Key Responsibilities


Credentialing & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end medical provider credentialing, including initial applications, re-credentialing, and renewals
  • Maintain and update provider profiles in platforms such as CAQH and various insurance credentialing portals
  • Ensure compliance with credentialing requirements, including documentation accuracy and timeliness
  • Monitor expiration dates for licenses, certifications, and insurance, ensuring proactive renewals
  • Stay up to date with Medicare credentialing guidelines and other regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners regarding credentialing status and requirements


HR Operations & Recruitment

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee personnel records, ensuring file completeness and compliance
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Assist in onboarding processes, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed
  • Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and documentation standards


Requirements


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in medical provider credentialing (highly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with CAQH and insurance credentialing portals
  • Familiarity with Medicare credentialing and compliance standards is a strong advantage
  • Background in HR functions, including recruitment and personnel record management
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a BPO and healthcare support environment
  • Knowledge of US healthcare systems and insurance processes.
