We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Facilities Support team member. This role is key to creating a welcoming front office experience while supporting daily operations across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and provide front desk support 
  • Answer and direct incoming calls 
  • Manage shared inboxes (receptionist, fax, accounts payable) 
  • Handle mail, packages, and deliveries 
  • Coordinate conference rooms and maintain meeting spaces 
  • Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies 
  • Support administrative tasks and internal communications 
  • Assist with employee/customer events and facility needs 

 

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills 
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask 
  • Proficient with email and basic office systems 
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally 
  • Prior administrative or receptionist experience preferred
