Purpose
Centegix has an immediate opportunity for a Salesforce Delivery Manager to drive the successful planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce improvements and projects across our organization. The Delivery Manager will manage the project pipeline and case flow, provide technical guidance to inhouse consultants and external managed service teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices. They will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects and cases, from the initial planning and design to the implementation and support.
Position Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration & Development
- Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions using Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Approval Processes, etc.).
- Develop and customize objects, fields, page layouts, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers as needed.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Project & Delivery Support
- Work on end-to-end delivery of Salesforce enhancements, features, and projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support monthly release cycles and ensure timely delivery of cases and enhancements.
Quality & Best Practices
- Ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Perform unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing optimization and support.
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with internal teams, developers, architects, and external managed service providers.
- Conduct user training sessions and create training materials for new functionality.
- Act as a trusted Salesforce subject matter expert within the organization.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Platform Consultant, Administrator, or Developer.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud preferred).
- Solid experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce integrations (APIs, middleware).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical documentation skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Required Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201)
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or any additional Salesforce certifications.
Additional Skills:
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and transform large sets of data.
- Strong technical documentation skills.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to listen to users, translate business needs into technical requirements, and explain solutions clearly.
- Willingness to share knowledge and support team members.
- Strong personal work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia (office + remote) during standard EST/EDT business hours.
