Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do
· Provide full-scope primary care including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
· Lead and collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team
· Perform exams, minor procedures, and prescribe per NYS guidelines
· Coordinate care across services, including referrals, labs, and follow-up
· Engage in quality improvement and population health initiatives
· Participate in community outreach and program development
What You Bring
· MD or DO from an accredited medical school
· Active New York State license and DEA
· Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 18 months)
