- Support daily operations, customer experience, and site performance
- Drive sales performance and promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships
- Maintain site standards including cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve customer concerns and support retention
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards
