Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Primary Care Physicians across the Tampa Bay market in a value-based care model focused on senior populations.
AVAILABLE LOCATIONS
• Clearwater
• Kenneth City
• Largo
• Lealman
• South St. Petersburg
• West Largo
CARE MODEL
• Panel size approximately 450 patients
• 18–21 patient visits per day
• Value-based care (NOT RVU-driven)
• Outcomes measured: admissions, patient experience, and quality metrics
ROLE
• Manage acute and chronic conditions in senior population
• Maintain full accountability for patient outcomes
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary care team
• Collaborate with specialists and hospitalists for continuity of care
• Drive patient engagement and behavior change
• Participate in quality and risk management programs
COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $221,141 – $315,915
• Performance-based bonus eligibility
• Compensation varies based on experience and market factors
• MD or DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active, unrestricted medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2+ years of Primary Care Outpatient experience REQUIRED
