Description
Responsibilites:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support program performance and decision-making
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor program activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with goals
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Assist in developing policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and support project management activities
- Maintain program documentation, records, and compliance requirements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource tracking activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support program initiatives
- Respond to internal and external inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
Requirements
Minimum Requirements: Associates degree and 1-4 years experience
