Description

The Onboarding Coordinator is an essential member of our Human Resources Department, ensuring that every new employee’s first experience with BSCS reflects our values of respect and collaboration. This role supports new hires from the moment they accept an offer through their early weeks on the job, helping them feel confident, informed, and part of our organization.


You’ll work closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisitions team, and other HR colleagues to create a smooth, supportive, and engaging onboarding experience.


What You Will Be Doing to Support BSCS

•  Serve as a welcoming and responsive point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process

•  Coordinate all pre-employment steps, including background checks and required documentation

•  Prepare and distribute offer letters, onboarding materials, and orientation schedules

•  Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure each employee’s first day reflects BSCS’s values and culture

•  Partner with program leadership to support department-specific onboarding needs

•  Maintain accurate and compliant employee records

•  Identify opportunities to strengthen and streamline the onboarding experience


Schedule: Monday – Friday 9a-5p [In Person]

Requirements

  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

• 1–3 years of experience in HR and onboarding

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel is required.

• Experience with Paylocity desired 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is imperative 

• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 

• Valid Driver’s with a reliable vehicle

Salary Description
$26.45-27.89 per hour
