Optimal Work-Life Balance: Our core operating hours are typically from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This structured yet flexible schedule allows you to manage your personal life while ensuring that client properties are meticulously prepared. (Note: The daily end time may vary slightly depending on the volume and scope of scheduled services).

Professional Development: While we seek experienced professionals, we also provide access to best-practice guides and support to ensure that every cleaning meets the exacting "Clean Suite Standard."

Commitment to Professionalism: You bring the effort; we ensure you have the tools. We provide all high-quality, professional-grade cleaning equipment and necessary specialized supplies for a nominal monthly maintenance fee of just $0.50.


Payment Structure:

Frequency: The first payment is issued two weeks after your start date; subsequently, payments are made weekly every Friday.

Payment Method: Exclusively via direct deposit.


 Requirements

To uphold our reputation for excellence, we require candidates who meet the following strict criteria:


Mandatory Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential home cleaning, housekeeping services in hotels or luxury hospitality establishments, or vacation rental turnover and preparation services.

Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of servicing multiple properties across different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle as well as a valid driver's license. This is fundamental for traveling punctually and efficiently between assignments.

5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards on every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skills—including the ability to respond and coordinate promptly via smartphone—are required for scheduling and on-site problem-solving.

Availability to work weekends.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).

Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours.

Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between various locations.

Supplies: We provide the equipment at a flexible cost of $0.50 per month (vacuum, mop, and cleaning products).

Communication: Must be responsive and proficient in using smartphone applications.
