Compensation & Benefits

What You’ll Do:
As a key member of the Care Team, you’ll provide comprehensive primary care services under the supervision of an MD/DO, while playing a leadership role in patient care delivery.

· Perform patient histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments

· Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans

· Prescribe medications in accordance with NYS guidelines

· Perform minor procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions

· Review labs, imaging, and patient communications with timely follow-up

· Coordinate referrals and ongoing care needs

· Participate in outreach programs, quality initiatives, and team collaboration


What You Bring:

· Active New York State PA license and DEA certification

· Board Certified (or eligible, with certification within 18 months)

· Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care

· Commitment to teamwork, patient-centered care, and community health
