East Coast Thrift is new to the Clinton area, but we are not new to the Thrift industry. Our corporate team has 30+ years’ experience. We have an expansion plan where opportunities for advancement exist due to our associate development programs. With the success of our Spencer location we have several management positions open for new locations. 

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Store Manager to join our team.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations. We are open Monday to Sunday 9AM to 7PM. (Mon-Friday operations start at 8am)  The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while exhibiting outstanding leadership skills. . No thrift experience necessary but the successful candidate will have experience in retail, team building and the ability to be a strong leader with a staff of 15+ team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provide leadership for staff in all departments.

· Payroll Management and Scheduling

· Hires, coaches and develops team members. 

· Training and oversight of sales floor

· Provide excellent customer service. 

· Ensures compliance with all East Coast Thrift policies and procedures. 

 · Must be able to work a flexible schedule. (After 90 days schedule is usually Mon-Fri 8-5)

· Basic POS knowledge

· Strong communication and time management skills

· Experience in management a must 

· 18 years of age & older
