Supports Coordinator for Intellectual Disabilities Unit: Bachelor's degree required in psychology, sociology, social work, or other related field. Position includes maintaining Individual Support Plans, coordinating services, and completing face to face monitoring with consumers. Experience preferred with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or Autism. Salary $ 40,000 with excellent benefits. E.O.E.
