American Phoenix Inc. (API) is an experienced custom rubber mixer, founded in 1992 with the purchase from Michelin of its mixing equipment situated in the former Uniroyal Tire plant, located in Eau Claire Wisconsin. Now operating one of the largest single location custom rubber mixing facilities in America, we are a major supplier of rubber compounds, meeting exact customer specifications for premier manufactures in multiple industries.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hr

$1.50/hr shift premium for evening shift

Hours: 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm Monday - Friday

Basic Job Duties

Using customer recipe, mix chemicals by hand or automation

Physically load raw material on the weigh up belt
Read and follow recipe for material to weigh up
Ensure correct materials are being used
Daily cleaning of work area
Properly identify all left over raw materials
Basic wig wag operator duties
Operate a wig wag machine to weigh and stack rubber
Mark and package product according to customer specs
