Objective
This person will be involved in SOP development and training programs for new and current procedures. This person will also perform regular GMP audits to find improvement opportunities.
Essential Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance to training, SOPs, processes, and regulatory requirements to support operations and the overall quality of our products
- Perform internal audits of all brewery processes and identify potential problems
- Lead projects to improve processes, procedures, and/or practices and see them through to completion.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of all aspects of brewery production
- Ability to interpret basic scientific documentation and data
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement appropriate corrective and preventative actions
- Microsoft Office skills with strong written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Understanding of Good Documentation Practices and Document/Records Controls
- Understanding of Smartsheet operations
Physical & Mental Requirements
Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
