We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-focused Sales Representative to support and grow our presence in the agricultural hose market. This role centers on developing business across farms, equipment dealers, and OEM partners by understanding the day-to-day demands of agricultural operations and delivering reliable hose solutions that keep equipment running in the field. You will play a key role in strengthening existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities to expand the Snap-tite product line throughout your territory. - Identify new opportunities within the agricultural market and deliver hose and fluid transfer solutions designed to meet the demands of field applications, irrigation systems, and equipment performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the agricultural sector, including growers, equipment dealers, irrigation specialists, and OEM partners.
- Work closely with the District Sales Manager to implement territory strategies that support growth and expand market presence within agriculture.
- Provide hands-on product demonstrations and on-site support to ensure proper use, durability, and performance of Snap-tite solutions in real-world agricultural environments.
- Track and manage sales activity, customer engagement, and market insights within the CRM to support informed decision-making.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively developing new accounts while strengthening long-term partnerships with existing agricultural customers.
- Represent Snap-tite at farm shows, agricultural expos, and customer visits to build brand awareness and uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer service to deliver responsive support and practical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Stay current on agricultural trends, seasonal demands, and competitive products to effectively position solutions and support customers in a dynamic market.

Work environment

Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience preferably in agriculture or similar industry.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in outside sales required.
- Must possess a valid drivers license with no major driving violations.
Preferred education and experience
- Previous working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Dynamics
- Previous experience in contract negotiations
