We’re Hiring a Marketing & Creative Assistant (Part-Time) to join our growing team.

InstroTek specializes in equipment for the construction materials testing industry, and as our industry evolves with new technology and digital communication, we’re expanding our marketing efforts with someone who brings fresh ideas, creativity, and a modern skill set.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of marketing or creative experience who understands today’s content landscape and is excited to experiment, learn, and grow.

You’ll work directly with our creative team to produce content across a wide range of platforms and channels.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with content creation across video, podcasts, blogs, email campaigns, and social media

• Support product photography and image editing

• Help maintain and update website and email marketing content

• Collaborate on creative ideas and marketing campaigns

• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules

• Engage with audiences across social platforms

• Provide marketing administrative support and coordinate with external vendors

 What You Bring

• Experience working in a Mac / Apple environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Canva

Bonus Skills

• Animation or motion graphics

• Video editing• Experience with Adobe Express

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools
