Summary: As a Quality Intern you'll be learning duties, responsibilities, and assisting the Quality department with certification paperwork and procedure documentation revision. Along with the following duties:
- Fill out purchase requisitions for supplies.
- Making tags and/or labels for Quality department.
- Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities, add new materials to file records, and create new records as necessary.
- Operate office machines, such as scanners, voice mail systems, personal computers and machines used for tags.
- Maintain and update filing and databases, either manually and/or electronically including traceability, COFC’s, ISO audits, NMR’s, CAR’s and INT.
- Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria or chronological, alphabetical or numerical order.
- Help purge out dated documents.
- Assist with customer related issues, including supplier and customer surveys and audits.
- Make time corrections for inspectors.
- Assists inspectors as necessary.
- Read and answer email on a continuous basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hours: 40 hrs. per week, overtime on an infrequent basis, typical hour 8:00am to 5:00 pm with an hour lunch break.
Season: Summer 2026
Qualifications Required:
- Be actively enrolled in college level coursework with the intent to graduate.
- Must be able to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals and report.
- Ability to write and/or type routine correspondence or reports.
- Ability to effectively share workload in collaboration with team members.
- Proficient in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Outlook and more.
- Must be compliant with FAA Manual vision test and color blindness test.
- Must be able to submit to Random Drug testing as requested.
- Ability to be onsite at our Seminole, Oklahoma facility during work hours.
Salary / Wage: 25.00 per hour
This is a straight hourly non-exempt position that may include overtime.
