Job Description
ACC is seeking an Account Supervisor, Entertainment Marketing & Partnerships, to support high-profile clients with a focus on entertainment marketing, cultural partnerships, sponsorship strategy, and industry relationship development.
This is not a traditional strategy role. It is for someone who lives and breathes entertainment and culture and knows how to turn access into opportunity.
The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the entertainment landscape and a proven track record of working across studios, networks, streamers, talent agencies, management companies, promoters, event producers, executives, publicists, and cultural tastemakers. They know who matters, what is moving, what is coming, and how to get brands into the right rooms, moments, and partnerships. This person should be equally comfortable identifying a smart partnership opportunity, writing the deck to sell it in, and managing it through execution.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a day-to-day lead on entertainment and cultural partnership work for key clients, helping drive opportunities from idea through execution
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities across film, television, streaming, music, live events, festivals, awards shows, premieres, talent relationships, and other culturally relevant platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entertainment stakeholders, including agents, managers, producers, publicists, promoters, event operators, talent teams, executives, and industry gatekeepers
- Act as an on-the-ground connector between ACC, clients, and the entertainment community
- Proactively bring partnership ideas, sponsorship opportunities, talent collaborations, and cultural moments that align with client objectives
- Identify branded product placement opportunities across film, television, streaming, and digital content, ensuring alignment with client objectives and cultural relevance
- Develop polished client-facing materials, including sponsorship decks, entertainment partnership proposals, concept decks, outreach materials, and pitch presentations
- Evaluate entertainment opportunities through both a cultural and business lens, ensuring ideas are relevant, strategic, and realistic to execute
- Support negotiations and coordination with external partners and internal teams to move opportunities from conversation to confirmed deal
- Partner closely with internal strategy, PR, influencer, creative, experiential, and production teams to ensure entertainment ideas are integrated and executable
- Track entertainment news, shifts in culture, industry trends, talent movement, and upcoming tentpole moments to keep clients ahead of the curve
- Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and partner communications across active opportunities and programs
- Contribute to new business and client growth by bringing in fresh ideas, relevant contacts, and credible partnership thinking
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in entertainment marketing, talent relations, brand partnerships, entertainment PR, or cultural partnerships
- Deep understanding of the entertainment ecosystem and how opportunities actually get made
- Real, usable relationships across the entertainment industry. This role requires an active network, not just enthusiasm for pop culture
- Experience sourcing and developing entertainment partnerships, sponsorships, integrations, or talent-driven opportunities
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to build compelling decks, proposals, and pitch materials
- Strong instinct for what is culturally relevant, brand-right, and worth pursuing
- Confidence navigating high-profile stakeholders and external partners with polish and discretion
- Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong judgment, hustle, and follow-through. This person should be proactive, connected, resourceful, and highly organized
- Ability to translate a client brief into a smart entertainment opportunity, then help sell it through and execute it
- Experience in entertainment integration, sponsorship packaging, talent partnerships, event partnerships, or cultural programming is a major plus
Ideal Background
We are especially interested in candidates who have worked at:
- talent agencies
- management companies
- entertainment PR firms
- entertainment marketing agencies
- studios, streamers, or networks
- brand partnerships teams tied to music, film, fashion, TV, live events, or talent
