Description

The Brand Specialist - PURALIMA will lead and execute all aspects of marketing for the brand, including brand strategy, social media, digital, and field marketing. This role serves as the day-to-day owner of PURALIMA’s marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and elevated brand presence across all customer touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role for a highly organized, creative marketer who can bring campaigns and experiences to life while building meaningful connections with the customer.


Brand & Campaigns

  • Own and execute the PURALIMA marketing calendar, including campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
  • Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling campaigns

Social Media Content

  • Lead social media strategy and content planning across platforms
  • Oversee content creation, including shoot direction and asset development
  • Manage community engagement and influencer partnerships
  • Track performance and optimize based on insights

Digital Marketing

  • Manage email, app, and website content and communications
  • Oversee digital customer experience across key touchpoints
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve engagement

Field Marketing

  • Execute local marketing initiatives, events, and activations to deepen connection with the community and boost brand affinity.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Support the catering vertical with marketing and promotion
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in brand, digital, or social media marketing
  • Strong understanding of social media and content-driven marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for brand building, wellness, and customer experience

Salary Description
$50,000 - $55,000
