This role is based on site at our Fitchburg, MA location.
Role Overview
The Electronics Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and maintaining electronic components, and sub-assemblies used high-quality products. This role requires precision, the ability to follow detailed work instructions, and a commitment to producing quality, reliable assemblies under close supervision.
General Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Use microscopes, measuring tools, and electronic test equipment to meet quality standards.
- Read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly processes to ensure accurate builds.
- Perform soldering, wiring, and use hand and pneumatic tools (tweezers, cutters, torque drivers, and similar).
- Maintain accurate production data and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and ESD-safe workstation in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members and across departments to support continuous improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); with minimum 2-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry preferred.
- Soldering experience required. IPC certification preferred.
- Proficient with microscopes, test equipment (multimeters, and similar), and soldering techniques.
- Basic knowledge of electronic assembly concepts and procedures.
- Must possess sufficient English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to understand written procedures, verbal instructions, and safety information and work under supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $18.25 - $21.00 per hour (Pay to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the candidate, and alignment with market data)
