We’re seeking a driven, strategic Broker-in-Charge to lead, grow, and elevate our brokerage. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on coaching agents, driving profitability, and building a high-performance culture.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
NC and SC Real Estate Broker’s License.
Broker-in-Charge Certification from the NC Real Estate Commission.
Requirements
What You'll Do
Lead & Grow the Brokerage
- Develop and execute business plans, budgets, and growth strategies
- Drive profitability and achieve company performance targets
- Build and maintain key relationships with builders, clients, and community partners
- Oversee contracts, vendor partnerships, and brokerage operations
Coach & Develop Agents
- Mentor and support agents to grow their business and production
- Lead monthly sales meetings, trainings, and performance reviews
- Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and integrity
Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee transactions to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
- Review and approve contracts and transaction files
- Maintain policies and procedures aligned with NCREC, NCAR, and NAR standards
- Provide guidance on complex or high-risk transactions
Marketing & Visibility
- Lead marketing and branding initiatives within budget
- Increase brokerage visibility and market share
- Support agents with effective marketing strategies
Operations & Administration
- Maintain financial tracking, sales logs, and performance metrics
- Oversee agent records, MLS participation, and fee compliance
- Coordinate office operations, events, and vendor relationships
- Support PR efforts and community engagement
What You Bring
- Active BIC License (North Carolina)
- Strong leadership experience in real estate brokerage or property management
- Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing agents
- Solid understanding of real estate law, contracts, and compliance
- Financial and business planning expertise
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- A growth mindset with a passion for building a successful team
