Logistics Clerk
Description

Job Purpose

 The Logistics Clerk is responsible for shipping and receiving of all equipment provided to CallTower customers.  A key function in this role will be to accurately maintain asset and inventory records.  This individual will also coordinate inbound shipments of customer returned equipment. This person will upgrade and provision customer equipment. Duties also include assisting the Purchasing Clerk with orders and maintaining office facilities.  


Duties:


Responsible for receiving equipment and accurately checking equipment into inventory 

Responsible for processing customer returns from RMA’s, Offboards, and Demos 

Responsible for pulling inventory, packaging equipment, building shipments, and recording deployments 

Keep accurate shipping records and update CRM software with shipment details 

Assist with all CRM cases assigned to Logistics Department 

Test/configure outgoing or incoming phones to ensure equipment is in working order 

Coordinate off-boarding requests with Project Managers and assist in equipment recovery 

Assist Purchasing Clerk with order processing and purchase orders 

Assist with maintaining the office facilities 

Other Duties as assigned by management

Associates degree or additional relevant experience preferred

Must be organized, resourceful, self-starter with good interpersonal skills 

Experience working with VoIP and CPE networking hardware preferred 

Ability to perform a variety of complex tasks with minimal supervision 

Ability to be in the office Monday – Friday during business hours 

Reliable car for local errands (mileage reimbursed) 

Able to lift 50 lbs

Salary Description
$20 - $23 an hour
