Requirements

 Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality repairs

- Manage and supervise bodyshop staff, including technicians and support personnel

- Coordinate with insurance companies, customers, and internal departments to facilitate smooth claims and repair processes

- Maintain compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and dealership policies

- Monitor and control budget, expenses, and productivity metrics

- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and quality workmanship

- Implement and uphold best practices for repair procedures and customer service

- Stay updated on industry trends, new repair techniques, and CDK system functionalities

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager, preferably within a dealership environment

- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and industry standards

- CDK system experience is required

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure

- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
