Our ideal client service representative candidate will enjoy listening empathetically to pet owners and providing exceptional customer service. Applicants must have excellent communication skills including the ability to deescalate tense conversations.

The right candidate will be motivated, reliable, and seek collaboration to get tasks done.

Each and every person, from doctors to kennel technicians will perform their duties in a conscientious, compassionate and professional manner. Training will be provided for all aspects of this position, but previous veterinary medicine and client service representative experience is preferred. 

Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency 
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners, both in person and over the phone 
  • Actively listen to client concerns and help guide them toward solutions 
  • De-escalate sensitive or emotional situations with confidence and care 
  • Collaborate closely with doctors and the medical team to ensure a seamless client experience 
  • Support daily hospital operations, including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and administrative tasks 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • A natural ability to stay calm, solution-focused, and empathetic in high-pressure situations 
  • Reliability, accountability, and a team-first mindset 
  • Motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve 
  • Previous experience in veterinary medicine or customer service is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate
