About the Role:
The Client Manager position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media’s Client Service team and plays a critical part in supporting our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient and comfortable working independently.
You’ll use your communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across Account Executives, while supporting planning teams and other departments as needed.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in advertising
- Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
- Comfortable interacting with partners and clients
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft office properties

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Manager, Client Services, this role support to Ad Sales team and collaborates across all internal operations teams. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account list
- Communicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partners
- Learn and master the use of our proprietary tools
- Assist Planning teams
- Confirm and execute client orders
- Prepare weekly post log reports and final campaign posts and analysis
- Deliver timely reporting to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimization
- Become an expert in the sales and operations processes
- Act as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partners
- Work with the business intelligence team on specific client requests
- Other responsibilities as required (we’re a small company – we all pitch in and get things done!)
