ABOUT THE COMPANY
We’ve been building businesses on Amazon for more than 15 years and we continue to be on the forefront as Amazon platforms evolve. We’re uncomfortable calling ourselves experts - since Amazon is always changing, we’re constantly adapting - but the breadth of our knowledge is vast, and our team’s diverse experiences elevate our partners’ businesses. We’re marketers, advocates, data scientists, supply chain managers, Amazonians, advertisers?and merchants. But most importantly, we’re brand builders. Let’s build brands together.
POSITION OVERVIEW
We're looking for a detail-oriented, strong writer and organizer to sit at the intersection of content, communications, and operations. This role is equal parts editorial and logistical — you'll shape how we document our work, communicate internally, show up externally, and bring our team together. You'll work across functions, supporting everything from training materials and process documentation to event execution and brand content.
This is a great fit for someone who takes pride in clear, polished writing; thrives on keeping things organized and on schedule; and enjoys the variety that comes with supporting a fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
Content & Training Support
- Draft, format, and refine training materials, enablement guides, and documentation — using AI-generated first drafts as a starting point and shaping them into the company's voice and style
- Maintain and organize content libraries and knowledge repositories, ensuring materials are easy to find and up to date
- Update and rewrite existing training decks and process documents as things evolve, maintaining consistent tone and messaging throughout
- Transcribe and document workflows and SOPs based on input from functional leads, translating raw information into clear, readable content
- Maintain document templates and ensure proper filing and version control
- Conduct periodic audits of existing documentation for accuracy, gaps, and consistency of voice
Communications Execution
- Develop AI-assisted first drafts of internal communications into polished, on-brand messaging ready for distribution
- Manage distribution lists and maintain the internal communications calendar
- Own the editorial process for internal comms — refining drafts, ensuring clarity, and upholding a consistent organizational voice across all channels
- Manage the end-to-end communications and presentation deck for the quarterly All Hands, coordinating content from stakeholders, maintaining the slide deck, and ensuring materials are polished and ready ahead of each meeting
Marketing & Brand Support
- Research speaking opportunities, award submissions, and conference deadlines, and track them against the content calendar
- Develop AI-assisted first drafts of case studies, blog posts, whitepapers, and social content into compelling, brand-aligned pieces
- Write and edit award submission narratives, ensuring they tell a strong, cohesive story
- Coordinate with content contributors and track deadlines across the content calendar
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Manage end-to-end logistics for team members attending industry conferences and external events, including travel, registration, materials shipping, and booth needs
- Write event communications, attendee-facing materials, agendas, and post-event recap summaries
- Plan and execute internal social events such as team happy hours, offsites, and celebratory gatherings
- Lead coordination for team summits, including venue sourcing, catering, AV, agenda scheduling, and attendee communications
- Build and maintain event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents; track event budgets and reconcile expenses post-event
Reporting & Tracking
- Build and maintain dashboards or trackers for adoption metrics and team feedback
- Aggregate survey and feedback data and write narrative summaries that translate results into clear, actionable insights
- Track project timelines and proactively flag risks to senior team members
Cross-functional Coordination
- Schedule cross-functional meetings, take notes, and distribute clear action item recaps
- Own the coordination of Focus Fridays, including communicating guidelines, managing calendar holds, and ensuring no-meeting windows are respected across the team
- Serve as a writing resource for the broader team, helping other functions sharpen their communications and documents
- Act as a point of contact for inbound Performance Enablement requests and questions from across the organization
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate environment, assisting with MarCom activities which include – content writing and development, event coordination and logistics, LinkedIn management, etc.
