· Oversee daily service operations, including equipment installations and project coordination 

· Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement 

· Improve workflows, processes, and overall operational efficiency 

· Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive engagement and productivity 

· Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation 

· Partner with leadership to support company goals and growth initiatives 

· Oversee logistics, vendor relationships, and supply chain processes 

· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards 

· Resolve operational challenges and implement effective solutions

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 

· Proven experience in operations or service management 

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams 

· Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions 

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities 

· Experience with project management tools and operational systems
