Description
Lead Pool Cook (Seasonal / Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations during pool hours
- Prepare and cook menu items to quality and safety standards
- Supervise and support kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
- Coordinate with management on menus and specials
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
