Lead Pool Cook (Seasonal / Full-Time)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations during pool hours
  • Prepare and cook menu items to quality and safety standards
  • Supervise and support kitchen staff
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and minimize waste
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations
  • Coordinate with management on menus and specials

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
