The Opportunity: The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives.This role will manage everything from lead generation and campaigns to internal analytics and new implementation based on results.The Digital Marketing Specialist will focus on digital marketing responsibilities for Senior Solutions and all affiliated brands. This position reports directly to the Senior Solutions Communications Supervisor, with indirect supervision from the Chief Executive Officer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Builds, plans and implements the overall digital marketing strategy
- Manages the overall direction, capabilities, and assets of the HubSpot CRM for the Senior Solutions Marketing and Communications Team
- Collaborates with the Communications Supervisor, Multimedia Specialist, and outside marketing vendor to ideate and produce relevant and diversified digital content
- Implement a content calendar that provides strategy for: blog posts, videos/webinars, infographics and still imagery, social and web ads, email marketing, and other campaign-driven content as needed
- Manage the strategy
- Manages and trains the Senior Solutions team on best practices of handling inbound marketing leads and online communication strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels such as Hubspot,
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
- Build an inbound marketing plan
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
- Plans and executes campaigns with input from the Communications Team and the CEO
- Provides regular reporting of key analytics to the Communications Team and the CEO
- Updates landing pages and other web content as needed
- Manages and cleans HubSpot contact database on a regular basis
