Catering Manager 


Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager to lead our catering and event services team. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide customized catering solutions

- Manage and supervise catering staff, including servers, bartenders, and banquet set up team

- Ensure all events are delivered with high standards of service, quality, and professionalism

- Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure smooth operations

- Develop and manage budgets, pricing, and inventory for catering services

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and club policies

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in catering, event management, or hospitality leadership

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

- Ability to lead and motivate a team

- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards

- Budget management and cost control skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or culinary degree preferred
