What You’ll Do

  • Coordinates, delivers, and continuously improves training programs that support quality care, employee readiness, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Identify and secure internal and external training resources aligned to organizational needs.
  • Develop and deliver training topics within your subject-matter expertise.
  • Oversee the New Hire Orientation program (biweekly), including processes and content delivery.
  • Manage Employee Annual Training initiatives, including process oversight and content coordination.
  • Partner with Clinical Directors to develop, evaluate, and maintain clinical competency content for new hires and annual completion.
  • Coordinate company-wide annual training plans and ensure timely development and distribution.
  • Maintain training records in our HIRS system (entry, uploads, and updates of required trainings).
  • Track and report employee training hours biannually; share completion data with Directors and Managers.
  • Assign and monitor mandatory trainings for compliance.
  • Support newly hired or newly promoted therapists in completing required trainings (e.g., DDAP, ASAM), including assigning ASAM trainings as appropriate.
  • Maintain working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (CARF, DDAP, SCA); prepare training/education documentation for submission
  • Conduct and submit monthly OIG exclusion checks in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Verify staff licenses, certifications, and education credentials; update records in Paylocity and Aura
  • Monitor license/certification expiration dates to support continuous compliance
  • Maintain and oversee contracted staff files (e.g., nursing, nutrition services, housekeeping)
  • Coordinate medical staff privileging and credentialing during onboarding and renewal cycles

 

Requirements

What You’ll Bring To GRC 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
  • At least 1 years of training and presentation experience (ideally in substance use disorder or behavioral health settings).
  • Experience in regulatory compliance (including audit/review participation) preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Additional Requirements

  • Pass a PA Criminal History Background Check.
  • Obtain PA Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances.
  • Drug screen.
  • 2-step TB test.
