STORE Capital Advisors, LLC is seeking a team orientated, self starter to join our Real Estate Underwriting team.

How you will contribute to STORE’s mission:

The Real Estate Analyst is part of STORE Capital’s underwriting team and is responsible for performing analysis and valuation on potential real estate investments spanning a variety of industries throughout the United States. The Real Estate Analyst is a dynamic role that changes day-to-day, deal-by-deal. The Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for drafting the real estate portion of the investment write-up and presenting to STORE’s internal investment committee and is responsible understanding and qualifying potential real estate investments This is a dynamic role that changes day-to-day, deal-by-deal. 

What will make you successful (Qualifications):

• 0-3 years of relative work experience with strong ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.  
• Proficient in Excel, in addition to experience with CoStar.
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
• Organized and team oriented individual

What most days will include (Primary Duties):

• Underwriting and due diligence on STORE real estate acquisitions
• Perform sales, income, and cost approach valuation
• Perform property and market research
• Support efforts to source, underwrite and negotiate single-tenant net-lease acquisition opportunities across the United States, which includes the preparation of detailed investment memoranda and presentation materials
• Work closely with Acquisitions, Portfolio Management and Accounting teams, in addition to STORE’s third-party vendors
• Perform data collection, market analysis, and valuation of all existing, new, and proposed properties. 
• Facilitate the base elements of a write-up are achieved by a summarization of exploratory research, conversations, analysis, and comparative interpretations
• Serve as a resourced for questions related to the write-up 
• Responsible for preparing writeups for formal presentation to the applicable committee in a form that condenses and synthesizes the opportunity from the Real Estate Analyst’s perspective
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
