Drug Crafters Pharmacy is a rapidly growing, nationally licensed compounding pharmacy and an affiliate of NexPoint Advisors, a Dallas-based alternative investment and financial services firm. Drug Crafters specializes in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), peptides, weight management, and customized wellness solutions.

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-performing, relationship-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to expand our provider network and drive revenue growth within a designated territory.


This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the nuances of compounding, and is passionate about building long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, clinics, med spas, and telehealth providers
  • Drive new account acquisition while retaining and growing existing accounts
  • Educate providers on compounding solutions, including HRT, peptides, dermatology, and wellness therapies
  • Lead onboarding of new accounts and ensure a seamless transition into active prescribing
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, pharmacists, and leadership
  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline management, and territory reporting
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving provider needs
  • Ensure all sales activities align with pharmacy compliance standards and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience (pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience calling on healthcare providers and decision-makers
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory

  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Compounding pharmacy sales experience
  • Knowledge of hormone therapy, peptides, weight loss, or wellness-based treatments
  • Existing relationships with providers, clinics, or med spas
  • Experience working with cash-pay or telehealth-driven models
  • Texas Licensed Pharmacy Technician license, in good standing is preferred
