IT/Microsoft 365 Internship
Description

This internship provides undergraduate students with hands-on exposure to Microsoft 365 technologies, SharePoint Online, and foundational security and compliance concepts in an enterprise environment. The role is designed as a structured learning opportunity with guided support.


What You’ll Learn & Support

  • Gain exposure to Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Co-Pilot, Al agent creation, monitoring, refinement, and data labeling.
  • Assist with SharePoint content organization, cleanup, and documentation.
  • Learn foundational concepts related to data security, privacy, and compliance.
  • Observe how enterprise teams manage data classification, retention, and governance.
  • Develop professional skills in communication, documentation, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing and reviewing SharePoint sites and document libraries.
  • Help identify outdated, duplicate, or mislabeled content under supervision.
  • Support documentation of procedures, standards, and learning materials.
  • Shadow team members during security, compliance, or device-management activities.
  • Follow company security and data-handling policies.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a certificate or degree in IT, CIS, Cybersecurity, MIS, or a related field
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow instructions and document work clearly
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
