Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures
  • Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events 
  • Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations
  • Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients 
  • Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products
  • Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products
  • Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members    
  • Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department 
  • Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency? 
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
