Village at Piney Point Apartments is currently hiring a Full Time Groundkeeper.

Duties:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service

Requirements

• At least 5-8 months of onsite experience
• Should have knowledge of painting
• Basic make ready skills
• Should be able to lift more than 20lbs
• Knowledge of how to make keys and rekey units
• Knowledge of appliances
