Job Description Statement:

As a Project Coordinator, you ensure Block Imaging delivers on its commitments by coordinating inspections, logistics, installations, and clear communication that inspires confidence with every customer and partner. Each Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers across all modalities, with assignments drawn from a shared pool based on capacity and risk to balance workload and reduce single-point-of-failure risk. In this role, you assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and customer communication while learning foundational delivery processes, tools, and best practices. You also support internal readiness activities and complete accurate handoff documentation to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Coordinate all imaging equipment logistics to meet project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations across assigned modalities.
  • Communicate proactively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity, confidence, and a high standard of service throughout each project.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks or issues to keep projects moving forward and reduce single-point-of-failure dependency.
  • Maintain accurate project, financial, and compliance records using Salesforce360 and other internal systems.
  • Support delivery of high-value, cost-effective solutions by strengthening technical knowledge and collaborating with vendor partners.
  • Work within a shared assignment pool based on capacity and project readiness, supporting Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and coordination needs.
  • Assist Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, customer communication, internal readiness activities, and handoff documentation while learning foundational delivery processes and tools.
  • This role exists to remove administrative and coordination burden from Project Managers, enabling them to focus on decision making, customer communication, and delivery leadership.
  • Project Coordinators do not own customer commitments, delivery decisions, scope changes, or escalation resolution, which remain the responsibility of the assigned Project Manager.

  • This role provides foundational exposure to project delivery and coordination, serving as preparation for future roles with Project Management or Operations.


Experience and Education Requirements:

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).


Education (or equivalent experience)

  • Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Medical Imaging (or equivalent experience).


Preferred Certifications

  • APICS CLTD or CSCP (preferred).
  • CAPM/PMP (a plus).
  • OSHA/safety certifications (beneficial).
