Job Overview Summary
The Enterprise Account Executive (EAE) is responsible for developing and managing strategic sales efforts with large enterprise customers within the security industry. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and ensuring the company’s security solutions meet the complex needs of enterprise clients. The EAE plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth by generating new business and expanding existing accounts.
What you’ll be doing (and doing well!):
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities within enterprise accounts and manage a pipeline of
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise clients, providing guidance and support to address their security needs.
Product Knowledge & Solution Selling
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s security products and services.
- Conduct presentations and demos to articulate the value and benefits of solutions in the client’s unique context.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
- Partner with technical teams for seamless implementation and to troubleshoot pre-sales technical questions.
Account Planning & Forecasting
- Create detailed account plans for high-value clients, outlining growth strategies and key milestones.
- Maintain accurate and updated forecasts, ensuring a clear picture of upcoming deals and revenue potential.
Market & Industry Insights
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and new technologies in security.
- Leverage insights to provide recommendations to clients and tailor solutions to meet emerging challenges.

Sales Expertise
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas ideally within the security or technology industry.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products, such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, and cloud security solutions.
- Ability to understand complex security challenges faced by enterprise organizations.
Relationship-Building
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior-level clients.

Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certifications in cybersecurity or sales are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or relevant sales certifications).
